- Need help from ASM members to send e-mails to professors for
sponsorship

Briefcase Brigade:
- Everything is going on fine
- Kristen will send out an e-mail about the logistics

Leader Roundtable:
- Held on April 16th(Wednesday)
- 3.00pm to 5.00pm

Picnic Day Shirts:
- Kristen can order the t-shirts
- Jeff will send the designs to Kristen

C4C Dean's Fund:
- Give remaining dean's funds to C4C

Shadow Day:
- Registration closes on May 1st
- Get the matches out by May 4th - help needed

Team MBA Day:
- Held on April 23rd
- Create community of business students

ASM meetings in Spring quarter
- Wednesday morning 8am

May 2 - Golf Tournament
May 8 - WIL Race for the cure pep rally
May 10 - WIL race for the cure

Golf Tournament:
- Fund raising is going very poorly this time
- Invitations sent out yesterday(April 1st)
- Jeff will send an e-mail to WP to ask the companies they are currently working for
- Jeff might go door-to-door to contact faculty or send out e-mails to professors
- Suggestion: Find sponsorships from local buinesses
- Other than, everything is pretty much set

Leader Roundtable:
- One representative from each club presenting their club activities and future plans
- April 16th at 3pm.

Picnic Day:
- Getting t-shirts by ourselves
- Option to buy t-shirts through the ASM website
- We are not getting t-shirts from UCD bookstore

Sloshball:
- On April 26th(Saturday)
- Open to Day-time, Working professional students

Disorientation Status:
- June 6th, 7th and 8th
- Lake Tahoe - Boat cruise on the lake
- 20 people signed up so far

Shadow Day:
- Reach out to alumns and WP and match people with professions
- Informational and for fun
- Christine will meet with Kathy tomorrow(April 3rd) to discuss more on putting it into action
