- Brain-stormed to come out with a different name

Golf Tournament:
- Andy going to Napa to see the groud for golf tournament, anybody willing to join can contact Andy.
- Andy will talk to Katherine aboutt invoice deposit - Looking out for sponsorships from $120 to $5000

Snow day:
- Katherine volunteers to write-up about Snow Day for Informer

Warren Buffet Trip:
- Bunch of activities going on in yahoo groups - many sub communities formed
- Curriculum formed and getting refined - Meeting on Wednesday, Jan 30th from 5pm to 7pm in Room 174
- Help offered from ASM

King's game:
- 25 people registered so far.

MBA day:
- Had a meeting recently.
- Everything is going on well as planned.

Informer:
- Many volunteered to work on the informer.
- Ideas to change the name.

Coffee Talk:
- Make contact by today.

AEBC:
- Have to provide Petition, Presentation and Discussion and vote.
- Eligible for funding after they get provisional status.

ASM Website:
- Christine will send latest document to update
- Suggestion not to include too many party pictures
- Display only highlight pictures from each event, say 10 pictures per event and only a small fraction can be
alcohol-related
- Major events in events page with graphics
- List of small events in a page
- Standards for pictures or people's best judgment? - decided on a broad set of guidelines

New Leader Meeting:
- All ASM officers to attend the New Leader Meeting on Friday(18-Jan-2008)
- Other officers can attend as well.

Snow Day:
- Kristen will send out an e-mail to get more people to drive

Trumba:
- We need a system for Trumba
- Anu will work on it

Professional Skills Workshop:
- Timing(Friday mornings) is an issue?
- Becky is open to ideas
- Advertising for the workshop - Provide flyers
- Time Management workshop coming up in February
- Suggestion : Friday 10am-1pm with pizza
