Meeting Minutes : 05-November-2008

ASM Potluck:
- Sometime in the end of November or immediately after finals
- Christine will send out a survey to find a convenient time for all the ASM board members
- Venue - Kristine's or Becky's appartment

Second Year Representatives:
- 2 co-positions
- 2nd years will vote for 2 members and the top two will serve as representatives

Election De-brief:
- Suggestion to first fill up the President positions in all the clubs and then move on to vote for other positions
- This may help people prioritize the clubs they want to be in
- Google docs was one of the reasons why many students didn't nominate themselves for chair positions
- New ASM board members are welcome to the ASM meetings from Nov 19th

Coffee Talks
- Christine has sent the coffee talk assignments.
- All the coffee talk feedback to be e-mailed to Christine by Dec 1st

ASM e-mail distribution list:
- Becky can add all the new ASM board members to the ASM e-mail list.
- Becky Heard and James Stevens are also in the list.

Workshops:
- Suggestion to include workshops on writing marketing plan/financial plan/advanced excel/powerpoint
