Meeting minutes - 12/4

Proposed clubs:
- No updates from "Art & Entertainment Club"
- Club RE+D still working on meeting provisional club requirements. They are in the process of getting their website up and running.

Club Elections:
- Club transitions of information (computer) deadline is 18th Jan
- Keys handover deadline is 7th Jan. Incoming board decides on access to ASM room for outgoing ASM board officers.

Snow Day:
- Pricing details need to be worked out.

Alumni social was a lot of fun

Warren Buffet trip:
- First meeting is scheduled for Sunday, 9th De.
- Further discussion on 'Teaching Teenagers Financial Literacy' will be discussed after the meeting.

Water Deliveries will be increased

Two ASM officers will be responsible for the laptop and projector and check-in/out the equipment for use by students during finals.

New Building:
- Will have a larger lounge with access to a main patio that opens into a garden.
- Changing rooms will be provided near the student lounge for changing clothes (business attire to non-business attire and vice versa).

Board Transition Plans:
- Nominations are invited for ASM 2nd year rep elections.

New Business:
- The GSM staff is planning on organizing informal discussions with the Deans to let students communicate their thoughts and opinions to the Deans directly.
- End of Quarter party is being planned.
- The ASM post office hasn't been used for a long time, the new board can choose to maintain it or redirect all mail directly to the GSM.
- IST panel is being organized in the first week of the Winter quarter.
