Meeting minutes - 10/9

IBC:
- Not everyone is aware of the event.
- Send out fliers and more email
- Special invitation for the Abizadah Fellows
- Special invitation to the exchange students

Alumni & WP:
- Possible visit from Alumni and WP to attend the ASM board meeting
- Tentative date Oct 16th

1st Year Rep:
- Call for nominations and elections will be send out today
- Deadline for nominations Oct 12th
- Deadline for elections Oct 15th

ASM elections:
- Scheduled for 5th week of the quarter
- Nov 5th Monday ASM Social
- Nov 8th Thursday 2pm elections
- Nov 8th 8pm announce results and new board welcome social

Other clubs:
- Will have to wait until for the 5th week to end
- FA has already sent out their election process. They will be allowed to call for nominations but elections will be held only after the 5th week.
- All clubs will be asked to send their elections schedules.
