C4C Weekend:
- Grand weekend
- UCDavis did well in horseshoe throwing, ultimate, billidards
- 2nd place in donations
- thanks to all those who contributed

ASM "Informer":
- To be out before the end of the month

- ASM computer for office is in the pipeline
- Toaster oven is here and in the lounge

New business:
- The board voted against having an option in the course review and evaluation forms which asks the respondent for their perceived performance in class. The board felt this request by a faculty is not necessary and the feedback provided is adequate from the students perspective.

MBA Day and Picnic Day
- MBA Day was grand success
- 200 RSVPed but more came

C4C:
- Tour and Pizza

Alumni Golf Classic:
- Raised $5560 totally on sponsorship

Meeting minutes - 04/04/2007

- First board meeting for the Spring quarter
- Regular board meetings to be held in AOB 20 every Monday 3pm - 4:30pm - All are welcome to attend

Up-coming events:
- 1st Spring quarter informer before MBA Day
- 2nd spring quarter informer before C4C weekend

MBA Day schedule:
- Checkin and Breakfast starts at 9am
- Student panel 12 - 1pm
- Lunch starts at 1pm
- Dinner 6pm onwards

C4C Weekend:
- Its gonna be lots a fun
- Sporting events schedule still being worked out

Golf Classic:
- No $5000 sponsor yet
- No $1500 sponsor yet
- Golf committee working on getting more sponsorships

Projector and Keys:
- Thanks to Andrea for putting together the check out system
- Pass around the responsibility week to week among the members of the ASM board for monitoring check-outs and check-ins.
